Unexpected challenges, memorable stay

Our room was spacious, with excellent microwave and fridge. The location was great, just a quick ride to enjoy Newcastle's vibrant life.

Communication with the owner was poor, especially when locked out without any instructions. It left us feeling stranded at 2am.

I cooked breakfast in the awesome kitchen and my en-suite room was spacious and super clean. The vibe was chill with a lovely terrace to relax. The TV was a nice touch after a long day. Just wish the parking space was more abundant, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. 😊

The vintage decor brings a unique charm, creating a cozy atmosphere that's unlike any typical hotel experience. The accessibility features made navigating the hotel a breeze, which is a major plus for anyone needing a little extra assistance.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. dust and hair were present throughout the floors, and the bathroom wasn't exactly inviting with unsightly stains. The absence of hot water for the duration of our stay posed quite a challenge, and the repurposed seating areas lacked comfort. the lighting in our room was overpoweringly bright and made for a less-than-relaxing environment, while the window seemed to block any hope of natural light.

Not great for couples seeking comfort

Had a helpful guy at the check-in desk, knew his stuff and was ready to assist. The location was decent, and we could walk to town, that part was okay.

It wasn't cheap, but we thought we could deal with it.

Spacious and comfy!

Had a decent stay for one night with my friends. The room had loads of space, a comfy double bed, and even a little kitchen setup, which was super handy.
